At Vridhi Rice, we take great pride in the quality of our grains. Because we are dealing with food products, our policy is designed to ensure the health and safety of all our customers while providing a fair resolution if something goes wrong.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
The original vacuum seal or packaging must be intact.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you receive a package that is torn, infested, or damaged during transit, please:
Do not open the inner product seal.
Take a clear photo of the damage.
Email us at enquiries@vridhirice.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace damaged items immediately at no extra cost to you.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Any bag of rice that has been opened or unsealed.
Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong variety (e.g., you ordered Swarna but received Ratna) was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@vridhirice.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Timing: Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
For Defective/Wrong Items: Vridhi Rice will cover the cost of return shipping. We will arrange a pickup from your address.
For "Change of Mind": If you are returning an unopened item for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
