Welcome to Vridhi Rice (vridhirice.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or have the consent of a legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout or registration process.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways. We are not responsible for any issues arising from failed transactions due to third-party technical errors.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and images. However, as rice is a natural agricultural product, minor variations in grain appearance or texture may occur.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% error-free. If a product offered by "Vridhi Rice" is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process orders within 3-4 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to the performance of our logistics partners. "Vridhi Rice" is not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, or "Acts of God."
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products (Rice), returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to claim a return or refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
To upload viruses or any other type of malicious code.
To "scrape" or collect data from our website for unauthorized use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, "Vridhi Rice" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
